Tuesday evening, it started to rain and while I was unloading the dishwasher, Jacade was in charge of Millie. So he let her outside to walk in the rain and she HAD A BLAST!!! She laughed and giggled and screamed and shrieked! She just walked around the patio furniture, in a circle, over and over and over again.
